I’ve been at this place for multiple times. Best Vietnamese restaurant in town. The spring rolls, garden rolls, rice vermicelli are really good. Last but not least, best Pho forever. Definitely recommend this place. However, the waitress was slow. Overall, the food is outstanding!!!!
Amazing food and very friendly owners/staff! From the authentic Vietnamese dishes to the Mediterranean additions, anything you order will be packed with flavor. The pho is certainly a must try, but the chicken marsala is amazing! The mushroom marsala sauce was perfect with the couscous with apple. They offer a decent selection of wine and beers and have very ample parking. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Features: Employees wear masks
My food was very good! Server was nice and efficient! They gave a very good sized portion. The coffee was also good. The server was nice. Only thing is they were doing some construction or remodeling so the environment wasn't that nice. Needs to be cleaned up fast if your serving food and customers! All in all I would go back, but would probably pick up my food.
Such a great surprise spot to eat before a 2 hour drive to Lake Anna! We stopped on a whim because it's been quite some time since we've had a good pho. We were pleasantly surprised by the level of broth and savory flavor. If you are an avid pho lover like we are, you'll know that creating a "clean" broth is no small feat! Aside from pho, we also tried the hoisin drunken steak and the BBQ pork. Amazing! My kids are not typically vocal about foods they enjoy, but they both were amazed at the depth of flavor or "umami". I had the iced vietnamese coffee as well and it's the best one I've had in this area. My only wish is that they had chicken or shrimp as an offering for pho as well. We'll definitely be back!
My husband and I first visit and will return again. We both love Pho and Vietnamese food. We had spring rolls, and Bon. Excellent flavor, fresh, vibrant. If you like Pho, you will enjoy. We have eaten and sampled throughout Virginia, MD. This is awesome
The best BBQ pork chop I’ve ever had! So yummy, so tasty ! Super clean restaurant and friendly staffs! Definitely coming back at least once a week
This is our second time stopping by Pho Bistro on our back from Orr’s Farmer Market in West Virginia. We live in NOVA area and during our family trip we were so happy to find the best Vietnamese restaurant around the town. It is a hidden gem in Winchester area. The food was delicious, customer service was exceptional, and the restaurant was clean and spacious. If you ever in the area or live near by, it’s a must try.
I had pho and BBQ pork chops with rice for main course, couscous salad for appetizer. Everything was great. The salad had crunchy apple pieces and some delicious dressing. The staff was attentive and friendly. The restaurant was clean. I will definitely come back here to try out other stuff.
Great food!!! Loved the flavoring they used. Egg rolls were also very good
Not your typical pho restaurant but better! I just love how clean, spacious, and sunny this restaurant is. They have a cute short menu with just enough options to entice but not paralyze you. Pho is always awesome and there is tons of desert options too. The waiters and the owner are nice people. Definitely recommend checking the place out if you want something different for your late lunch/early dinner.
