Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Table service was poor. No waitress came to take the drink order. After about 12 minutes the person who seated me got my drink because still the waitress didnt come. After I received my water, the waitress passed by me twice without asking if I was ready to order. The third time I asked her if she could take my order. She did finally but no apology. The food was great! I had lemon pepper trout, broccoli, green beans, and biscuits. All for less than $15. Parking: Plenty of spaces. Wheelchair accessibility: Good wheelchair access.

Good breakfast and fast service. Not the best but still good for the price. The cream cheese pancakes were quite alright. The store was a bit much for me and I didn’t care for it

This is the 3rd time going to this restaurant and it's always an ISSUE!!!!!! Today, 12/12/2022, I ordered online. All I wanted was a loaded sweet potato and a side of broccoli. I arrive at the restaurant, pull into curbside #1 and waited til they brought out my order. To my dismay, the young lady told me they were out of broccoli..... did I want to replace it with another side?? NO!!!! So I asked if they could credit the charge back to my card. So she told me she would run back inside and ask a manager.... I waited for 10 minutes and didn't hear a word. So I go inside the store and I see the young lady who bought my food to me and I asked her, did you forget about me I'm curbside??? She stumbled her words and said the manager is suppose to take care of it. That'sbesides the point..... YOU told me YOU was going to come back outside to let me know. So I asked to speak with a manager and they credited my card. If you're out of a selection on the menu, especially online it should let you know, sorry we're temporarily out of this food item!!!! So from there, I ordered a loaded sweet potato with NO PECANS and what do u think I got PECANS SMH!!! The marshmallow is what makes it guess what NO MARSHMALLOW!!!! The customer service is HORRIBLE!!! They Staff is UNRELIABLE!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK

Ordered online for a take home meal. 45 minute lead time, not bad. When we arrived we ended up waiting another 15 minutes, again not bad. When we got home we tore into the meals we ordered and everything was exactly as we ordered it and all of the food was excellent. We will be back.Food: 5/5

My wife and I were driving home to Birmingham, AL from Wellfleet, MA. We were staying at a hotel nearby and were looking to eat a good dinner after being on the road all day. Our local Cracker Barrels have been disappointing when we have eaten there in the past year or so. This location was not disappointing. Our food was served hot and very tasty. I had the roast beef dinner with 3 sides and my wife had a vegetable plate. Our waitress Joy, was absolutely wonderful!! The restaurant was clean and neat. Thank you for making our experience a good one!

Had a good lunch passing through Winchester. The server was nice and so was the ladies at checkout! Awesome selection of things and the food was great! Kids loved their meals, both mini cheeseburgers and Mac and cheese. My salad was also delicious and my moms veggie soup was good to!Food: 5/5

The people at this Cracker Bearrel, really make the difference between good, and great. The service, and cooks are the best. I'm not saying this because I was really hungry. It's really the staff that makes the difference. This location is great. The other locations are good too. This Winchester location just stands out for me. Try it yourself, I'd like to hear what you think!

The food was AMAZING... Unfortunately our server was not. If you're going, don't ask for Paige. We ordered an appetizer and didn't get it. I had to ask for it after we got our food. Our server simply said "ugh I always forget"... Then brought it a few minutes later. My girlfriend's food was cold because it sat in the window a different server ran our food. Our server also never brought us biscuits and it took 3 times asking for them before we finally got them... after we finished eating. She just seemed to not really care, never apologized or offer to take the appetizer we didn't get to eat off the check. We also reserved our seat on the website ahead of time but they claimed to "never get it" so we had to wait when we got there. I don't really hold that against them because technology sucks sometimes, tho. I've come to this location several times and this was by far the worst. I've been working in the food industry for 8 years, so I'm usually very lenient as long as our server is trying, but the lack of urgency and caring displayed today was awful. The couple beside me had to go find out server after we both waited 10 minutes for Togo boxes. The food was incredible as always, tho.

Took clients ts there fir dinner. Had an excellent experience. Waiter Matt was awesome to my clients and I truly appreciated that. The food was very good as well. This time it wasn't overcrowded and I really liked rhatFood: 5/5

Delicious food, friendly staff, fairly quick service and decent prices. We love to browse the store before and after our meal and chat about the stuff we find. We never buy anything, but the fun's in the looking. Cracker Barrel is, as always, a favorite now and again treat.
