Place was clean, host was welcoming and gave us a nice table by the window, our server was friendly and had an outstanding service. We ordered a burrito and the Spinach omelet wow it tasted super yummy. We also got pancakes and I have no complains. Everything went smoothly and I'm very happy with our experience here. I don’t think I have anything good to say about this iHop. When you first walked in there was a bucket on the floor with a wet floor sign in front of it and a ceiling tile missing above picture attached. The hostess was nice, but when they called someone’s name they wouldn’t say it very loud, however, I do give them a lot of credit because they were not only seating tables but also bussing them. Once we sat down it was a while until the waitress came over, it was a WHILE until we got our food, and when we did one of the orders was wrong! The pancakes i ordered were not fully cooked as well, and it gave me a very bad stomach ache. The eggs i got looked funny as well, they looked like they had a layer of plastic over them. On top of all of that, the silverware was dirty! Once we finished, the waitress gave us our bill and didn’t come back to our table. We ended up leaving the bill on the table and passed her walking back into the restaurant while we were walking out.

Honestly surprised. Today we ordered curbside pick up, after 15 minutes of waiting we entered the building just to see if we can speed things up a bit. After another 15-20 minutes of waiting in the lobby without being addressed by any employee at all, we decided to leave because our food was nowhere in sight and there were also no employees in sight either. Completely disappointed. $30 spent, no food, no service. The online order status states it was completed so we’re unable to be refunded. choose to eat at the other location if you’re hungry.

This is my first time at IHOP and I was not disappointed! Friendly atmosphere and good service. The pancakes were light and delightful! Some things I didn't like but the eggs and pancakes are awesome! I don't like hashbrowns, but IHOPs might be the only ones I'd eat!

It's our second time coming here and it takes 15 min wait we came like 11am ish so pretty good compare other locations. My favorite menu sterloin tips, taste slightly different less sweet than before, their new menu fluffy French toast pretty good, not big fan of their milkshake and their pancake always two thumps us.Food: 5/5

I made an online order for pickup at 12:45, I arrived 10 minutes early and wasn't even acknowledged when I walked in the restaurant. When someone finally came up front at 12:45 I asked about my order and I'm very certain it was only just starting to be prepared then. I won't be back to this IHOP any time soon if they are running the store this way. If I did this at my job I'd be fired

Don't order from/ go here if you care how you or others are treated and how your food/ coffee tastes. Or if you don't want stomach problems. Worst IHOP I've ever eaten from.

I could eat here every day! I don't know his name but the waiter that's usually there during the day is AMAZING! He is a big reason to come in and eat!!! He runs that dining room!!!Food: 5/5

The wait staff here is amazing. Very friendly service. I definitely recommend asking for Missy or Sarah to be our server.Food: 5/5

Spicy pueblano was awesome, my family and I went there for breakfast, this place has 5 stars ratings on the service, busy place but is the best place around Winchester for family reunion... love it defenly coming back soon.Dine in: YesTakeout: YesCurbside pickup: Yes
