On site film processing. We process color and black & white 35mm and 120 mm film for prints, for digitizing, or both. Because film is processed in house, we offer a quick turnaround.

I have been going to Photo Garden for the past four years or so, and I have always been met with super friendly staff and high quality photos. However, during the last two visits I experienced the worst customer service ever. First, when I brought in some film to get developed and was asking some questions to the woman who was helping me----who I'm actually assuming is the owner---the woman was so incredibly condescending and blatantly rude to me. Being a photo novice, I honestly don't know much about film processing, and was just taken aback by how rude this woman was when I was simply asking a question. I left feeling a little irritated, but I chalked it off to believe that maybe she was just having a rough day. Then, I get a call a couple of days later saying that there was a problem with the processing machine, and my film wouldn't be ready until a day later----again not a huge deal. I then get another call saying that my film won't actually be ready until three days from then, which by now has taken six days altogether, in contrast to their usual two-day processing time. Again, I understand that machines break and things happen. However, when I finally go in to pick up my photos, the same woman from my previous negative encounter hands me my photos----only there are no photos in there, just a CD. She had written down the order wrong, and when I asked her about this, she became vehemently defensive and dismissive. My experience would have been better if any one of the following occurred: 1. I received a discount or a coupon for the multiple day delay 2. My order was correctly written down and processed 3. The woman did not exhibit condescending customer service Overall, really bummed that I won't be going back to Photo Garden because I really did love this place. Work on your customer service!

Very profressional. Please do yourself a favor and go here for your photos. Forget about Walgreen's (much better quality at photo garden).

wonderful customer service and quality work-I have my artwork scanned here and they do a great job at reasonable costs.

I have been using online printing services because I wanted the best deal and never been 100% satisfied, so I decided to try someone local. Not only have I been using Photogarden for photos, but I also send them my Art Prints. Their pricing is competitive with online services and the quality is very professional. Highly recommended.

Went against some friends advice and took in some negatives to be scanned, which turned out to be quite expensive for the service. The files I got back were extremely low quality, to the point where they are almost useless. No reply from customer service when contacted.
