I have an iPhone 6 that experienced a back light failure. I visited three highly rated iPhone repair sops within my community and while they all reached the same conclusion, none of them offered any acceptable solutions. The recommended solutions include: sell it for parts, trade it in to us and buy one of our re-conditioned phones, etc. Fortunately, I never accepted their hopeless solutions. I found Wires Computing after refining my Google search and after submitting an initial request for quote was assured that they could correct the problem. I then created a ticket, boxed up my iPhone, included the required information. Within two days of mailing by iPhone, the Wires team: alerted me that the home had been received and that they would have it repaired within a day or two. They exceed my expectations by having it ready within a day and after making my payment online, they mailed it back to me that day. I received it yesterday (only two days after they had mailed. It arrived encased in a secure wrapper to ensure a safe trip home. I am 100% satisfied by the level of service and quality of work and recommend Wires Computing 100%. Thank you.

I highly recommend Wires Computing. They recently replaced the battery and camera on my iPhone 5c, and also fixed the home button. They were professional, friendly, and efficient, with high quality service that was quite reasonably priced.

Bought a phone that a local cellphone repair shop said was unfixable due to long screw damage. Thanks to the experts at Wires Computing. They fixed my phone. Thanks for the great job. The phone works great now!!!

I spilled tea on my laptop during a trip to Burlington, which disabled my keyboard. When I took it in, I was clearly informed about the damage possibilities and the part was ordered as I stood there. It took a few days to arrive, but then it was repaired asap. I liked the extent of electronic notification that is integrated into his business. The man knows his stuff! I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again if I lived in town!

I am a UVM graduate student working on a major research project. I had due dates approaching when my laptop developed a large crack on the screen after I checked my bag on a flight. The crack made web surfing and typing next to impossible. Panic set in but luckily Wires came highly recommended. I was amazed by their patience and willingness to work with me. They walked me through the steps of the repair, let me pay in installments, and let me keep my computer until the part came in. Best of all, they returned my computer with the new screen installed hours after I dropped it off. I recommend Wires to anyone looking to support a local business, but best of all, anyone who needs to make sure their computers will be back in working order ASAP for a fair price. Stop by and you can trust that your machines are in good hands.
