I love this gym. It has everything you could need. Members know how to workout so you don't get that mega gym feel of sitting around on equipment and things like that. Staff is knowledgable. It seems the only non 5 star review was an individual who took 5 steps in the door and had one experience.... This place is great.

Get out of the box and break down the walls of the fitness fads and extremely insane programs promising health but only delivering more pain and misery. Physiofit is a blend of Intensity and Intelligence to ensure you get a program designed specifically for your fitness goals and health needs, not a cookie cutter program that you must try to fit into. Bad experience before I was able to set foot in the gym area. Called on my way to their location and no one answered which is odd for a gym that is open. Normally they answer right away! Found it on my own finally and before I get to the front desk Ms. Singa (Indian women, I believe) puts up her finger without looking up and asks me to hold. Ok. After a few minutes she looks up and asks what I need. I tell her I'm there for a 7 day pass and again without speaking gets out a binder, pulls out the form, hands it to me then leaves without explaining exactly what I am signing. So I fill out the form and stand there until she's done re racking weights for the entire gym. I wish I was kidding. When she comes back I tell her that I filled out the form except the part where it states very clearly that if I sign I'm agreeing to a month to month membership and to cancel the membership I have to give notice and blah blah blah. I told her again I'm only here for the pass to try the place out. She then, in an annoyed tone, told me 'well then you can't use the facility'. I got a business card from the holder, wrote down her name (she was surprised I asked for it, it seemed) and then left. Gave two stars instead of one because the place actually looked pretty cool from the little I was able to see. Too bad customer service sucks.

This gym is the real deal. Incredible amount of space to work out in; also not overcrowded.
