Love love love this place. Anybody can go and work out and don't have to be ashamed of the way they look. After all we all go to get into shape not to show off. Price is perfect anybody can afford.

The gym is inexpensive. Clean. The staff is friendly. The equipment is new. I just wish people would learn to put the weights back. Who leaves a barbell with 80 pounds on each side for the staff or another member to put up.

I would NOT recommend this gym. I signed up for personal training when I first got the membership, after 3 months I decided to cancel, I canceled ON TIME per the manager Courtney the first time yet I was still charged because she said I didn’t cancel in enough time. Ok fine I let that one go, but she did inform me that it should be canceled now and I wouldn’t get another draft from my bank account. The next month comes around and it came out of my account again!!! I went up there and told the manager this and she informed me that the paper work to cancel it must not have been sent to corporate or headquarters, I demanded a refund which I got 2.5 weeks later!!!!! She said ok it should not come out again. This is now the 3rd time I have had a draft from my account for the $304 personal training!!! This is beyond ridiculous, I have been pretty civilized with youfit up until this point. I will not be canceling my membership as well and getting my refund!!!! DONT BECOME A MEMBER, they lie to you and are not helpful!!!

I had no problems with this gym for 2 years until I decided to cancel my personal training sessions. I have been patient; however, when you're taking money out of my account after I have signed forms and NOT agreed to having $100 taken out of my account after the fact. Avoiding me is not a solution, it is only a poor sign of customer service and failure in trying to get the issue resolved. I am truly disappointed in the lack of disrespect that I have received over the past few months!
