Sad to see the beach that was once the best for families has become the best for the junkies. If you manage to get some time down there without the questionable park goers, it really does offer great range of experiances from ocean life and beautiful sunsets! The trains are awesome as well!

Nice park, but not great for launching kayaks... The foot bridge to the water goes over the railroad crossing and it's kind of a walk other than that great place to go for a casual hang out or walk

Nice clean park. It isn't usually to busy. The porta-pottys are frequently cleaned. Since it isn't the busiest park it does attract a lot of scetchy people. This park is pretty well maintained and has plenty of parking.

A nice beach area by the water. Easy to go to. I recently revisited the Picnic Point Park and I was able to photograph some nice pink and red sunsets of the sun.
