This place is incredibly neat! I just dont think there is any way you can beat the friendly helpful service, personal touch, experience, knowledge, dedication and uniqueness you get from small business's like this one! They have a real nice selection of fresh flowers, balloons, cards, and many other neat gifts! Service is exceptional and they can have your order ready within minutes for your walk in customers like me or they will gladly take your order over phone and have it ready for you when you need it! Highly recommend checking them out!
I have only bought flowers there a couple times but every time I get what I ask for but way better! everyone is super helpful and always smiling!
We had our flowers for our wedding done here and they were AMAZING. My wife's bouquet was gorgeous, as were all the other bouquets, boutonnieres, and other flowers and the centerpiece flowers looked so great! We had a wonderful experience planning and such with her as well, so we highly recommend using Pied Piper for your wedding!
I'm originally from Yankton and always had great experiences with Pied Piper in the past whenever I ordered flowers for special occasions or loved ones and they always delivered and then some on my expectations. I most recently ordered flowers for my mother for mothers day and the quality of the flowers was excellent as always, but I placed the order right away at 9:00 AM requesting for the flowers to be delivered to my mother's place of work the same day. For whatever reason the flowers did not arrive until 6:45 PM and had to be delivered to my parents home as this was well past normal business hours. I wasn't offered any explanation for the extreme delay in the delivery just that deliveries were running behind that particular day and no type of discount on the full price due to this inconvenience. If not for the great quality of the flowers I would look elsewhere for my flower orders as this lack of accountability with timely deliveries is a simply unacceptable way to run a business.
Beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers delivered on time and a week later they still look great! Fantastic service and reasonably priced for the high quality. Highly recommend Pied Piper, you won't be disappointed.
The ladies at Pied Piper Flower Shop are so helpful! Any question I had about a plant or a flower they answered it and helped me pick out the best arrangement for a funeral of a relative. They made the whole experience so easy and lifted a weight off my shoulders. I would highly recommend!
