I appreciate your professionalism and the prompt manner in which you attend to the high volume of patients. As a health care worker I can recognize when things are getting busy, and as a patient I appreciated the fact that I was in and out very quickly. The only thing I wish was better is the parking lot. I arrived at your location at 1045am on a Wednesday and left a little after noon. By then the parking lot was more than full and someone illegally parked behind me. It took significant effort to get out off my spot.

I’m so thankful to this office for recognizing a dangerous condition and sending me straight to the ER. She told me to go no further than across the street to the hospital. They did a CT scan and discovered a carotid artery tear and sent me by ambulance to another hospital. I was very close to stroke and feel blessed this medical staff recognized the dangerous symptoms I had. Forever thankful

We made an online appointment and arrived there early.  We were able to be seen and finished before our actual scheduled time. Very nice and friendly front staff as well as the staff in the back.  Kid friendly,  and very professional.  Once in the exam room we only waited 5 minutes for the doctor.  Great experience and as a plus they take Medicaid!

This was my first visit to an urgent care. I was very impressed! While the wait time was a bit long, the staff were exceptional, the doctor was the type of doctor where if she was in a private practice I would want her as my general practitioner. She was so good! It’s nice to know when I cannot get into see my general practitioner, that these professionals  are there!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They really made me feel that each and every patient is important. They addressed my concerns and when they felt my condition needed further attention, they didn’t refer me to my PCP but sent me to the ER expressing the concerns over my symptoms that were beyond urgent care. I am grateful because I feel so much better. This was refreshing because some Urgent Care Centers I have visited before just write prescriptions and send you home without a real resolution to your issues.  I could have gone anywhere, but I am so glad I came to Piedmont Uerget Care of Austell!
