The hygienist is superb. She throughly explains the procedure(s) and their related costs, frequently inquiries about your comfort and completes the work with a deft hand. She is, by far, the best hygienist I have had in the past 2 years. A 5 Star rating was not given due to concerns regarding the front office. Since February 2017, have visited every 3 months for scheduled cleanings to discover new front office personnel EACH time. Why do they have such turnover??? Have management concerns. Would change if not for the hygienist. So hard to find a good one.

I recently visited Great Expressions in Austell, Georgia and it was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I called the office to schedule a cleaning. From the moment I went to the back of the office I was being hustled. The dental hygienist was great. She simply took x-rays of my teeth. Then this lady name Dr. Na came in to exam my mouth. She stated all kinds of issues. She even suggested that I have my wisdom teeth removed although I have never had any issues with them at all. She told me that I needed to have a procedure for receded gums. She told me that the way that I was chewing was affecting my gum line. I told her that my receded gum lines come from brushing hard with a hard-bristled toothbrush and she tried to disregard what I was saying. I told her that I had bonding on my upper and lower teeth that were stained. She tried to tell me that I did not have bonding at all. As if I don't know what procedures I have had in the past. I told her that I was not going to have any of the recommended procedures done and all I want is what I signed up for, a cleaning. I was told that they do not perform cleanings on the first visit. I have never heard this type of BS in my life. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A RIP-OFF!!!

The entire staff was friendly and explained everything to me very clearly. While I was unhappy with the cost, I realize that’s the standard in our current health system. Overall, great experience at Great Expressions!

Had a great experience at this location. Very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful and my Hygienist Shellie was very gentle and explained each procedure and gave me great tips to use while I'm away from the Dentist.

I went to this location over a year ago and received a horrible experience. I was told I needed a deep cleaning along with cavities that I did not have. I Went to a different dentist and was told I did not need any of what this place told me I needed. These people are here to steal your money and tell you that you need things that you don't. My mother and my aunt went to differnt locations of Great Expressions. Those including this one where horrible similar experiences. I would never recommend this company or any of their locations.
