Pier 1 is a great store with many unique items. They have home decor, kitchen items, a large variety of scented candles that you won't find in other stores and unique candle holders. Pier 1 is also a great store to find a unique gift. This is a small store but it is packed with a lot of great things. I have shopped here a few times in the last few years. The ladies are always helpful and friendly. I'm most appreciative that they let you browse the store without asking if you need help frequently. A lot of women shop here but guys shouldn't be embarassed to stop in. Most recently while doing some Christmas shopping I was in the store a couple hours taking my time to look around and eventually spending over $100 for some gifts and a few things for myself. There were several guys in the store at the same time as me, some alone and others with women. I also signed up for their free store rewards to receive email coupons and promotions. (Don't let the negative reviews of Melody and Tyson dissuade you from shopping with Pier 1. Melody admits in her own words that the store manager didn't have to give a partial refund for a coupon that was not used with a previous purchase. Even after getting money back she wasn't entitled to Melody is ungrateful and has a snotty attitude. Tyson, the prices are not unrealistic if the buyer sees the value and has the money to spend. This is not a big box store that sells cheap stuff to the masses. If you don't have the money to shop here that is not Pier 1's fault. That's like going to a BMW car lot and calling their cars over priced because you can't afford to buy one.)

Great chain STORE. Helpful staff. Decent prices. I can always find gift items here.

The staff is always pleasant and helpful. In fact, they often remember my name. They will go out of there way to help you find something as well as help you decorate if you bring in photos.

Love the staff at the store, they are getting to know me and I always feel welcome when I go there. They have been good at returning furniture that didn't work out.

Beautiful decor and furniture manufactured outside the US. It's expensive, but well-made. The staff is always friendly and the store is always organized and clean. LOTS of breakables, so a horrible place to bring toddlers. Lol
