The Pierce College Sheriff’s Department staff are untrained and unfit for their positions. They hand out Violations like candy do to being untrained or for being corrupt. You will get a violation if you have  a parking permit and if it is not easy for them to spot. They will make you pay it! They run a 0 tolerance even if you have written and visual proof that you have a permit and it is displayed. Please take my advice and every day make it a habit to take pictures of your car before you leave for class with a time stamp. It is your only chance and it may not even help you like in my case!
