Story

As Las Vegas’ premier fine dining restaurant for 35 years, Piero’s Italian Cuisine is an Off-The-Strip institution for both locals and visitors seeking a Las Vegas experience so iconic, even Hollywood couldn’t duplicate it. Scenes from the motion picture “Casino” had to be shot on site.

What an amazing first experience here! They treated us like family and the good was as good if not better than expected! The staff is friendly and attentive! We even sat at the bar since we didn't have reservations and still such a great experience! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. I'll definitely be back and it's so convenient when working at the convention center since it's right across the street (walking distance is such a plus). What a wonderful location for them!! This is a must if you've never tried it and in the mood for some authentic Italian!

Food's really good, get seated fast. " Valet Parking ONLY " (tips only for valet boy) Price above average, you get what you pay for. Inside's kinda tight and cozy, no music. Love the Creamed Corn Special. Good friendly restaurant and valet parking staff.

We had the pleasure of eating here on 8/27/17 celebrating our Daughters 21st Birthday. This place is 5 star all across the board! The waiters were very knowledgeable of all dishes and super attentive. I grew up in the Restaurant business in Hollywood FL with my folks owning an Italian Restaurant. The ambiance screams old Vegas classiness and the food was amazingly prepared. If you love Veal Parmigiana a very simple dish, theirs is the best! I recommend this place for all visitors to Vegas and is a perfect place to bring a date for a romantic candle lit dinner.

Love this place, always treated like family. The best Martin's anywhere, " thanks Don" Fred is Fred, one if a kind. A must when in Vegas.

Went to Piero’s with a friend. Being from NY and Italian we all think we can make, or know where the best Italian is. This place did not dissapoint. The staff was very nice and attentive. The food was on point. I read reviews about people saying it is expensive.. well it is a higher priced Italian place and you can tell by the quality of the food and ingredients. I highly recommend trying it.
