Anna is a "hands on" teacher for clients who wish to feel stronger, more flexible, longer, and balanced.
She recieved her BA from NYU Tisch School of the Arts and her Master's from
The New School For Social Research.
Early on Anna was a competitive gymnast and studied at The Martha Graham School of Dance.
Hooked on Pilates after her introduction in 1989. Anna continued her practice for 13 years before deciding to become a teacher in 2002. She is comprehensivley certified in two schools and has numerous other credits. In addition she has modeled in 6 pilates videos.
Anna has studied from teachers who worked significantly with Joe and Clara Pilates (the creator of the Pilates method), also with Romana Kryzanowska & Carola Trier. In addition to pilates Anna has studied numerous forms of movement such as Yoga, Tai chi, The Alexander Technique, The Feldenkrais Method and Gyrotonics. She utilizes all of her experiences into her work.
