This is a great gym, operated be people who are part of the Ridgefield community. This is reflected by the gym members and staff who take the time to get to know gym patrons and provide a comfortable non-intimating setting focused on fitness and well-being. I personally take advantage of the red-zone classes, which are small group heart rate based hour long sessions. If you are familiar with Orange Theory Fitness, these classes are similar in that they are both interval heart rate based programs. However, I strongly prefer the red zone classes at Results over Orange Theory: the workouts are more dynamic, you are allowed to utilize the gym even if you are not taking a class that day, and the class are much smaller enabling the instructors to provide far better coaching and ensure exercises are done correct to prevent injury.

Excellent gym and personal training facilty. Great ownership and trainers always keep you motivated. Keeps the workouts changing so you don't get bored. Salim is trained in MAT therapy for help in recovery from injuries,  strains or muscular issues. Overall a great place to belong.
