I stopped there this past Saturday with my family. It was the most dirty travel plaza I’ve ever visited. The bathrooms were tiled and decorated nice, but looked like they hadn’t been cleaned since they were built. The smell was horrible. On the way out I noticed the hot dog rotisserie was dirty and the doors and windows in the foyer were so dirty I chose to open them with my foot to avoid touching them. I wouldn’t allow my family to enter. Additionally, there were several suspicious types hanging out on the sidewalk outside. As a professional business person, I want Pilot to fix this location before it stains their reputation. I had good experiences at other locations and generally seek them out when traveling.

Stopped here 1-23-18 5:10 pm. Laurie got a glass fig out of case. Stated she was too short to get boxes. She ask cashier Justin or Jason if he could get it. Argumentative, that's what the hell Eli is for. Wheres Shelly?! she responded doing trash. He mumbled an ignored her. Finally clerk 285 was nice enough to volunteer. So Justin or Jason (wouldn't hold still for me to see his name) was extremely unprofessional, rude to Laurie. Not to mention, coughing on all the customers.

Worst bathrooms I've ever walked into. I might as well been in a pig pen. Not a single Matt on the floor is clean and the urine smell is so thick I couldn't handle it Its Sunday Feb 25th Apparently it was the same as yesterday from an earlier review. So we now have a promising reply that wasn't even kept. When was the last time the owner walked into the mens bathroom

There is a serious issue with their fuel pumps. I had to go to the fourth pump to get one to work. There was also another one with a white bag around the pump handle. Seems like a great location to have this pilot, they need to take time and fast and what they've got. So annoying
