Oh let me tell you! This was my first time going to White Castle and it was so disappointing. Wait no, disappointing is too nice of a word. We don't have them around where I live so finally tried it and wow. Soggy food. Meat that tastes like spam. My kids wouldn't even eat it. The only saving grace I'd say they get is that the chicken and waffles slider was edible and they have Mello Yellow. I wanted to give 0 stars but Google won't allow it.

Good food and good service. White Castle needs to get their act together and re-open stores in the Northeast part of Ohio again . It's a sad thing that they closed all locations in Northeast Ohio and make it impossible for the customer to get fresh off the grill White Castle sandwiches and other menu items. For Cleveland/Akron/Canton/Medina/Mansfield you have to travel to Columbus or Michigan to get fresh off the grill items.

Grabbed a quick lunch on my way to meet husband at hospital. Service was polite, very quick, and order was correct. Took mine to go but lobby looked clean and well kept.

My autistic son lives White Castle and all the ones in Cleveland closed. So we took a road trip to get him some White Castle. The manager Ron was so nice to him and even gave him a t shirt. He is so excited and wears it to bed every night. Thanks for making it a special day.

Crave these burgers, yes , sliders..Lol Just wished they were closer to me. Every trip to Columbus, I find myself stopping on way home with a Dozen sandwiches, most don't make it home But have some for late night snack. Always a treat for me.. always fresh.
