Fantastic service, exceptionally clean, and done right the first time.  Anyone looking for HVAC service or installation ..... no one else you need to call then Pine State Service.

I have used Pine State Services both personally (2 new home builds) and professionally (about a dozen times). I can't speak highly enough of Lee, Sam and their entire crew. They are a pleasure to work with. They are professional, prompt, reasonably priced and respectful & responsible. My go-to heating & plumbing company!

Over the last week we have had multiple mechanics come to try and fix our heater, the first time we were told that it was a fried circuit board, so one was ordered and it ended up not being the right one. So again the mechanic orders another circuit board the day after, this time it gets installed but does not work. The next day, for the third time the mechanic orders a circuit board, gets installed, works for a night of well needed heat then turned it off over night. Next morning, turn it on for a couple hours and then turned it off, tried to turn it back on but nothing happened. Then had another mechanic come, he took the cover off which moved the wiring which made it turn on, but only for a short time. It was looked at but no answers, just said it was the circuit board again, after we had already paid for new one. The heater is great when it actually works.

We were waiting for a technician to visit our business for two days but when the technician called upon “arriving”, our lines were busy and the technician left. We promptly called them back within 5 minutes of missing the original call, only to be told that the company policy demands that the technician move on to the next service appointment. This policy was never fully explained to us. Our business is open Monday-Friday 10 am – 5 pm and all this technician had to do was walk inside. Furthermore, we’re running a business and it simply isn’t possible for all our lines to be free 100% of the time. The Pine State representative we spoke with, made no attempt to even contact the technician to see if they were still within range while we were on the phone. They claimed that their technician had purportedly logged a call time that fell 10 minutes prior to the missed call recorded on our system (we’re surmising this is just another tactic to skip appointments). I can understand having such a policy for residents, but we’re a business open to the public. There’s no reason such a policy should apply to businesses open to the public if their appointments are scheduled during regular business hours.

Boiler decided to stop working at nearly 9pm on a holiday... when temps were -10 below.  Called Pine State’s Emergency number at recommendation of friends. Was patched through to Lee, told him the error code on our Baxi boiler and he said if I texted pics of the boiler he’d walk me through a manual refill.  He called as soon as he received pics and seconds later we were back in business. Without Pine State this could’ve been disastrous given temps, and we’d called about 7 heating/plumbing companies and only Pine State was responsive.
