I stayed at the hotel as well as attended an event here. The event was perfect, the hotel staff and catering was excellent. The rooms themselves are clean and have all the basic amenities. I especially like the lounge couch in my room. I only knock off one star because I did not realize how expensive any food you order is. It's good food, but not worth double the cost of slipping outside and hiring up one of the many local eateries in the area.

My wife and i were there for dinner. Food was quite delicious. Service was great. There was a little accident happened though as there was a little water right on the hallway and my wife slipped and fell. I have asked the server to put a wet floor sign or have it cleaned up but nothing happened until the very end when I reminded them again. Other than that, seats are quite comfortable, and ambient was good. Speed of service was fast as well.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Situated a nice short walk to the train and many restaurants/shops. Highly recommend staying here if your not familiar with Vancouver and would like to explore on foot. Parking is extra but worth valet as it's not much more expensive then self park. Lastly views of the water are partial but still worth the extra couple of bucks. City side rooms are cheaper and a little bigger if desired. Bar and restaurant are great food wise and staff is quick and friendly. Price is high but no more then surrounding higher end restaurants. Looks for specials as they usually have a deal especially for Washington residents.

Great views on harbor side - even in the winter. Nice, clean room with a king bed and mini fridge, wish it had a microwave also. Convenient to restaurants and the waterfront. Urban Fare market just down the block for anything you might need. Would stay again if visiting Vancouver again.

Stayed here for a night after attending a work party. My hotel room was quite nice - king bed, mini fridge, a couch - and it was nicely prepared and cleaned when I arrived. I needed toothpaste at one point and I was brought it within a few minutes. The ballroom on the 2nd floor was lovely; very spacious with super high ceilings. I was impressed with the quality of food, particularly considering it was a buffet. The area of the hotel is very central, providing easy access to downtown Vancouver and much of what it has to offer.
