I would highly Recommend Jackson Insurance. They are very helpful and quick when any changes are needed on our policy. They helped us to pick the right protection and found us an awesome price with Bear River Mutual Insurance. We have been with them for about 5 years and have our renters and auto insurance with them.

I have been with Jackson Insurance for 3 years now.  Every contact has been pleasant and professional.  The service they have provided has been immediate.  Usually my questions involve paperwork that I have misplaced.  Their response is always immediate and the appropriate materials arrive either by e mail on normal mail.
When I call them the staff brings up my policies (auto, home, umbrella) and can answer any questions I have.  
I am treated with courtesy, and professionalism.  I am treated as and feel like a valued customer.

Richard Jackson can easily be depended upon to do the very best for the families his company insures.  His gracious manner is  reassuring and his knowledge is helpful at crucial and stressful moments for people who find that problems and emergencies cause them to seek his help.

Great service during holiday. The owner took care of my change in insurance coverage inside of minutes and followed up with an email so that I was able to get on with my day.
