Why would one travel way out from a Boston metro area to this remote dealership to buy a car? I found out. This Volvo dealership is a hidden gem. They have the car you want at the best price. And, they treat you like you are their next door neighbor. No BS. No high pressure. Just honest and factual, with a good measure of humor. This was the best automobile transaction I have ever experienced in the last 40 years!

My car died nearby and I had it towed there to be serviced this week. My father has been dealing with their service team and he has said nothing but positive things about the people here. I'm happy that my car's last days were spent in the care of a group of people that care about Volvos and the customer experience when they owe the customer nothing. 

I hope to maybe one day return as a customer to buy a car from them.

The service team of Jake and Josh are really helpful and knowledgeable and always friendly and welcoming, which goes a long way in making bring my car in a pleasure rather than a drag. I always feel as though I am in very capable hands.

The ONLY Volvo Dealership you should use.  The way we were treated buying a new car was as if we were family.   The staff is amazing.  The service department is top notch.  Pioneer provides a customer experience that you will not find anywhere else.
