Great people to deal with. My salesperson DJ was great.  No pressure tactics and no harassing phone calls.  He gave us time to shop around and make an informed decision.  Everyone from sales to Finance, parts and service were great.

Rocky is a great  salesman.  He showed us so many campers and was very patient and polite.  Answered all of our questions and double checked if he wasn't sure. If there ask for him.

We stopped last summer to get an idea, THE SALES ASSOCIATE & A MANAGER WERE SO RUDE! THE TOLD US TO EITHER BUY SOMETHING OR LEAVE... never again will we go there. BY THE WAY DIAMOND WE HAVE A 40 FT 5th WHEEL WITH A HUGE MASTER RM/ BATH BUNK RM SLEEPS 5 ETC.... 3 SLIDE OUTS.!!!!!

There are a few things about the service department that personally don't understand.
Three years ago bought a Onan Cummin generator for my food truck and had them installed. As far as I knew the best and most experienced guy on that field I wouldn't have picked another place for that job. 
When my first biggest problem had come up found out they were not able to find out the issue because of a simple reason..they did not have a tester for the unit. ??! I was turned away with a huge promise.. please come back next time because we are going to order the tester ASAP. 5 months later with the same problem I turned back beleiving the fact that they already have the tester as they said. Well..nope..they've never gotten one and found out they have gone through some service dep. manager since. I won't go back there for service reason.
