They are easy to get to. They have gate guards, check in was easy. We went for new years and the place was pretty packed. The activities and shops were closed and anything that was open closed early in the park. They charge double to get propane filled (20lbs=$20), rip off. The bath houses were updated and new, of course people are nasty when it comes to other people's things, so they were nasty.We had a ocean front pad spot. It was nice. The only issue with hook up was the cable didn't work and was on the opposite side of all the hookups for the camper, same with the water. So my power cable barely made it.Sewer was right there and out of the way, it was not threaded so I had to use some rocks to hold it down.

This is a great camp ground. My family stays here almost every year in their camper and Loves this place. The place is very clean and has a great location. You can even access the beach which close by.

Way too crowded. Golf carts and kids on bikes everywhere with minimal supervision. They gave me a 50 foot spot for 38 foot 5th wheel and truck. Took an hour to get into my spot and I can thread a camel through a needle, but this place was just stupid. But the beach access was nice.

This place charges way too much. Golf car rental is easily to high compared to Lakewood. I was very disappointed with pirate land. Never again it's Ocean Lakes or Lakewood next time. I just paid twice in off season for a golf cart and in peak season a cart was lead at Lakewood.

We enjoyed ourselves. Visited 2/26/18.  Loved the inland site. Wi-Fi was available and worked well. The campground was only at 30% capacity so the experience may be different during peak season. We look forward to going back when all the amenities are operating.
