I am blessed to live down the street from Rocks Pond. We have friends who live there full time & others that are loyal campers. They all love it. The campground is always clean, the management cordial. Nice family atmosphere. Great fireworks show on the 4th of July. Nice beachy area to swim & great fishing.

Reserved site for special event and paid $100 a night for site. We were told the $100 per night included the concert; however, a month later the day before check in we received confirmation with a comment that $35 per person was required to remain in the campground during the event. We were told if we didn't purchase the tickets officers would escort us out of the campground. We were paying $100 per night to camp and then told we had to pay additional $35.00 for event tickets rather we intended on entering the concert field or not.  We were mis-led when we purchased the campsite at a fee of $100 per night.  Required purchase of tickets was not disclosed at time of reservation.

Great get away spot. Nice place for fishing and relaxing. They have no cell phone coverage out there. So no phone calls, no internet service, and no wifi service. The restrooms are not useable. Have laundry room but machine's may are may not be working.

Witnessed the total eclipse here. Was highlight of the visit. WiFi was broken, and with no cell service, that's bad news. Restrooms and showers are a hot box. No ventilation. Site was level and full hookups worked good. Nice lake access and swimming area. Full-time guest like to party late and quiet time not enforced.
