Story

It all started on an average day in 1966 when a man named Bob Marsh pulled up in front of what was once Pizza Loy’s. His cab broke down in front of a help wanted sign, so he walked right in. For years, Bob helped us craft the food on our menu that Ann Arbor residents and U of M students have come to love. (That includes the now-famous chipati: we're where it all started!) So, we decided to name the place in his honor, and the rest is history. We’re a lot more than a pizza joint. That’s true simply because our menu offers salads, subs, and even shakes, but it’s also true because we’re something of a community staple. We’re a part of Ann Arbor, and Ann Arbor is a part of us. Oh, and one more thing: Go Blue!
