I give Americans Best Wings..4 stars they have a very extensive menu..from poultry to fish and seafood..plus subs..salads..wings.. chicken tenders.. and various soft drinks.. very Worth the money you spend.. Service is fast.. I have not tried the salads..the wings have different sauces and they have crinkled fries..my favorite.. Accessible..quick..and easy..

Had a menu at work so I called to  America's Best Wings (largo) to order food and ask a question. A young man answered and I asked him does the combo I wanted (grilled shrimp)  still  come with fries, rice  and a drink the young man said yes. I then asked was it still $8.99 he said yes so I ordered it. I get to the America's Best Wings (largo) and they give me the price of $12 and some change. I explained I called and asked those questions and the young man was like oh well it's ringing up at $12. He said oh well I can just give you the shrimp and I was like no because I called. I wouldn't have wasted my time if it was that price. So I asked to speak to the manager. she came out. I explained to her what happen and she said I can only give you the shrimp I'm not giving you the combo. So I asked who was the owner she said she was then I asked who she reports to she said no one. Then she said what are you trying to get to what do you want from me ? I said I was told that price. She started to get a attitude and gave me that price. Then was really nasty after that and before I left said make sure you take a menu in a nasty voice. The food at this point well the Fries was cold and the rice tasted like it was from 3 days ago.  But the shrimp was good and so was the shrimp sauce. No customer should be one treated like that and 2 if called and was given a price it not be honored. 

The owner needs to attend a class that teaches her customer service in a business. I would have gave it no stars but that wasn't a option.

It's an okay place. The wings area just okay. Service is reasonably fast. I don't like that they charge for drink refills.

I was very disappointed without even buying anything to eat.  Upon entering the restaurant, two associates were behind the counter on their phone. One was sitting on the counter with his feet propped up on another counter and the other was standing and resting his foot on a counter. If you are serving food,  why would you ever think it's OK to sit on the counter or have your feet on it?  I immediately left and didn't purchase anything.  Is that the perception you want and the level of cleanliness you stand by?
