If you don't want to try the conventional pizza(pizza hut, papa johns, dominoes), this is the place for you! Pick up or deliver is great service! There is no long wait and its really good. Served up to you quick hot and fast! Very friendly cashiers and its a very friendly environment...I like that a lot! Kenny G

I have never went back to this place after them telling me the items on the menu do not come as described online. I ordered something online and was brought something similar,  but not right. The manager told me he would have the delivery driver pick up the order and replace it with the correct order. I agreed to the exchange but the driver never showed up, and no one answered the phone when I called back to complain. I called the next day and the manager said that the order was made correct based on the menu they keep in the store. (Which is a custom version I'm guessing.) However, I told the manager that via their online ordering system the item was described differently and I demanded a refund because I didn't get what I ordered. After months of going back and forth with the staff and owners I called their corporate office, who weren't too happy with the exchange between myself and the establishment, and a gentleman assured me he would call the owner and straighten things out. This went on for a few more months and ultimately the manager of this location lied to corporate and told them he talked to me and issued me a refund. Morality is lost when it comes to the mighty dollar in this place. I'll take my business elsewhere. Thanks

I have always been a fan (the biggest fan) of pizza bolis. This place on Sinclair and Moravia have gave me the worst sour taste in my mouth with their service. The ghetto females with their attitudes are the reason that tonight WILL be the last time that I call them. I am fed up. Why can’t an establishment with black females working the front desk at an inner city fast food restaurant be cordial and show some kind of class. Now I’m scared to eat the food I ordered tonight. For the last 3 months 5 orders have been wrong. I’ve tried speaking with the “so called manager”, twice. That have not worked. Fool me once. Corporate office needs to step in and take a closer look at how their name is being diminished and devalued. 😪✌🏾✌🏾✌🏾✌🏾✌🏾😔😢😤🖕🏾🖕🏾🖕🏾🖕🏾🖕🏾 Moravia and Sinclair

So order line, after waiting 1½ and call the store 3times some nasty lady. I can put the order in now but it's going to be another 45mins. Like really

If I could give them no stars I would. Horrible. Don't get me wrong, the food is pretty good but the customer service is the worst. Between the women who answer the phones or the delivery men who call you to tell you they are outside, I don't know who's attitude is worse. My wife placed an order today for our kids, paid with her card. about an hour later called to find out what was going on with the order. The lady returned the call and then explained that they wasn't going to deliver to our address cause whenever the driver calls our house we take too long to pick up the phone. BUT CHARGED OUR CARD ANYWAY!!!!!!!!!! This was news to me cause I had ordered the other day with no problem. I guess your business did my family a favor with us having to take our money elsewhere.  Thanks
