Staff is disrespectful and rude. Managers are incompetent, disregard customer service skills, and are dismissive of complaints. Food is always late, wrong, or cold. You will more than likely spend a lot of time waiting for someone to actually get on the phone with you, and they will constantly put you on hold and have (and will) hang up on you if they become too flustered. I'm not one to leave reviews or complain, but this place is a nightmare and needs to be reevaluated by the district managers. Seriously.

I ordered online, paid, and it’s been well over an hour. When I call the location I’m either immediately hung up on or put on eternal hold for the last 1/2 an hour. This is unacceptable as they have already charged my card.

Horrible customer service. The young female manager was rude and wouldn't listen or talk  to me about an order they screwed up.

Terrible service. Was quoted an hour time for delivery, but it took 2 hours. When I tried calling to see where my food was, I was on hold for over 12 minutes and I finally gave up. I called to place a new order and I got connected to somebody random and not even at the store who put me on hold until it finally gave me a dial tone. I got in the car to drive to the location, since I couldn't get ahold of them, and then they show up at my house. The food was collected by somebody at the house and when I returned, I saw the food was correct but they gave me the wrong drink. 
Such a disappointment......I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

This location needs to shut down! My friend ordered pizza, paid with card. It was never delivered, called about it and was hung up on multiple times. Drove there and was literally ignored by staff. Never got pizza or money back.
