i ordered large pan pizza like i normally do online for carryout. was told my order would be done at 7:35. as im on my way i get a call from an employee saying theyre OUT of all crusts except thin crust. literally calling me 5 minutes before pickup. really??? and outve most crusts besides thin on a saturday night??? so ridiculous 😂

Tried to get some pizza here one night for the family. I ordered pick up and what a cluster. There is no organization in this place. Phones ringing off the hook and no one there to answer them. People wandering aimlessly around store doing nothing while the front was packed with customers. Very bad experience.

I was told on fridays they dont answer the phone and only do online orders. i heard this from a person that worked with the manager when he covered for a manager in the atlanta highway location. they said he told them that. i was on hold tonight 7/14/2017 for over 20mins after they were late with my food. it showed up 2 hours late and cold. i reported all this info to corporate. i hope they take his job.

My pregnant girlfriend really wanted some wings so we were going to go down the road to pizza hut just one minute away to order for take out and they left us on hold for 10 minutes too long. So we drove up there to see their lights already off 30 minutes before they were scheduled to close and the employees standing around. Seriously disappointed in this location. Terrible first impression. Will not be returning.

The only one close enough to order from bc we love pizza hut but had to wait on a carry out for 45 min opposed to the 20 it said. I could of waited at home longer and not in my car.
