I always order ahead with the app. It works great and you can just walk right in and grab your food. This is such a great way to order and pick up. This location is nice they keep it clean and the costumer service has been good when I have gone. The parking lot is a little annoying but it's fine. Overall a good Panera bread.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Staff was not friendly and the drive through took over 30 min. I could have had a nice sit down dinner in the time it took them to deliver my order. This location is the only one that I have had problems with multiple times. Stop hiring young kids and hire professional people. I will share my experience with my entire network. Stay away! So many better choices in Cumming. In fact I'm writing this still in the line going on 45 minutes. Pathetic.

I understand a lot. I am in this same type of industry. I am now, after 11 months, giving up on this location. Every time, it's something. And I choose default I modified menu items. Doesn't matter- always missing utensils. Often wrong item or missing item. I have a family with 3 small children. I don't have time to come back and exchange or pick up. It's just not worth it. And it has yet to be right. The product is typically good food, the environment is clean and inviting. The execution of the order has caused this review.

This is ridiculous. There is no meat on this "sandwich" last time I checked I got a sandwich with meat not a vegetarian. Never come here unless you want to spend money and get nothing in rerurn

I would rate a 0 if I could. Horrible management, constant company policy violation, overworked and under staffed. The food tastes horrible, wilted lettuce, frozen chicken, and you can tell the soups come frozen in a bag. Will never, ever, ever eat at any Panera again.
