Tried the Bacon Avocado grilled chicken sandwich and it was great! I substituted a corn on the cob instead of fries. We also got the table side guacamole and it was great. The chips arrived warm.

Called chilli's to make a Togo order was at exit 9 coming from Atlanta saT on the phone waiting to make order I made it to exit 14 and still on hold proceeded to walk in to see why I'm still on hold which was at this point 12 mins and 40 seconds as I walked in I saw a bigger Bald manager stuffing his face with food leaning on the server line joking and laughing with another manager who was blonde wearing a pink sweater along with another female qorker as, I walked in I proceeded to say is this the reason why I'm still on hold because your stuffing your face and joking which is a clear violation of dhec sanitation rules along with just plain lack of food and beverage ettiquette letting the guests see you eating while leaning on the job, after him walking over smiling wiping his face with his hands he came to me to say he didn't know that I was on hold and I told him if he wasn't stuffing his face joking around he would have known that a customer had been on hold at this point for over 13mins &25secs I walked out highly agitated but stayed on hold to see how long it would take for them to finally answer. After I left and got on to highway 400 Melissa the same girl who answered in the beginning of the call answered again saying thank you for calling chilli's how can I help you ( I said yes this is the same guy you have had on the phone for 15 minutes now and now that I have your name tell me the name of the name of the bald manager eating on the server line and I heard the guy tell her to hang up on me so I wouldn't know his name. Jason is the general manager and I know for a fact that Jason does not deal with this behavior so this highly unprofessional guy working there and acting like this is flabbergasting to me.Jason, David,Allison ,Amber and Patrick would have never let this happen had they been working and never had done anything like this I usually go in on Sundays because usually one of those people are working and make sure you are taken care properly. For chilli's sake I hope they take care of this unprofessional manager and point him to a better suited job for him maybe being a FOOD TASTE TESTER!

Bartender was really sweet... Now those cheese fries could've stayed n the bag that they came n.. 😝😝😝😭😭😭😭😭😭.... Now I will not be back , but I will tell my friends check the BAR OUT

I used to go to Chili's all the time. All of the Chili's in Gainesville Dawsonville and especially Cummings have gone to h%$ in a hand basket. Went there Sunday the 22nd of Oct. Silverware was filthy with food stuck to it. I brought this to the attention of the staff, and was questioned if I was sure before they looked at it. Food was adequate but not a knockout. My last trip. Also thier score of 88 should be revisited.

Just as good a ever. This time I had the Caribbean salad with seared shrimp. AMAZING!
