Worst experience at popeyes in a long time if not ever. First off the lady working behind the counter, running the place, has no business even working at a restaurant. she didn't even acknowledge the customer walking in behind me. Next we only got 1 biscuit with our family meal!!! our onion rings were sitting under a warmer so long that they weren't edible. Popeyes has gone down hill but this is the worst. 

Went back in and they were understaffed today in their defense. Ended up leaving satisfied

This place sucks. I will never come back. Not only do they screw up orders nearly every time, but also the employees clearly don’t care about customer service. After I got some chicken tenders that looked like this I nearly threw up. I recommend you NEVER eat here.

Asked for 2 piece White chicken and was ok with the upgrade for one breast. The price went from less than $7 to $10. I asked the cashier why so much. He said to ask the manager and didn't help. When I got my food the receipt showed 2 upgrade charges. I asked the mgr and no comment. She gave me the extra charge back with no comment.i suggested she train her employee to handle issues at the time it occurred. Not going back. Poor management.

Customer service is the worse. Stood at counter for several minutes and no one acknowledged I was even there and I was the only customer they had. I finally walked out and went some where else for lunch. Never going back

Out of everything. Advertising items no longer on menu. Out of even coke!
Rude employees.
