Renovated nicely. More room. More light. The pizza is like it was when I was a teen. YUM!! Thank you, Lucas (our fantastic server) for your making sure we had everything! Our 🍕 s were SO yummy. Having beat the supper rush, just made the experience even better. BONUS--the bathroom was spotless and stocked! 😁 We will be back often!

Amazing service!  Our server was Greg and he brought the food out nice and hot!  He was the only server and did an excellent job.  The restroom was very clean.  There was soap and hand sanitizer.  Silly to mention but I have been places with no soap.

Called to place an order for pickup and the guy who answered the phone was extremely rude to me, had be wait for 5 minutes after taking my name and phone number to place my order, he than told me the wrong total and when asking him to repeat what my total was he proceeded to yell as loud and close to the mic as he could get what my total was. Took my business elsewhere to the Pizza Hut off of plank rd. Much better service and the lady who answered the phone was very kind. The Pizza Hut on Powhatan will not be receiving any orders from me any longer.

The credit card machine was down when I went. They could only take cash. Unfortunately I had to go without pizza that day. No discounts or coupons offered for the inconvenience.

Sad because we like Pizza Hut but our order was quoted 7:40 pm Del. online (40-50 mins) and arrived over double the allocated time after 8:20 pm.

I called the store to see why it was was taking so long and after being on hold for ever w 2+ people finally got the manger who said "we can't control the online quoted time and is always doubled the time". 

Ironically the delivery guy showed up and he had nothing to say as well, other than he had 4 deliveries before me.   Just odd no apologies from the delivery guy up to management for a delivery that took over 1hr 25+mins on a Tuesday night (no football, etc). Pizza and wings arrived cold to top off this experience.
