I ordered one of their pasta dishes, a brownie, and a drink online and was told it would be a 25-35 min delivery time. Over an hour later I get my order and its barely warm. I had to microwave it. I even reported it to corporate and received an email from them saying someone from this franchise would contact me in 3 business days. Yeah that didn't happen. If you're going to order pizza then stick with Papa Johns.

This store messed up my order. They were quick to apologize and I received an email for a free large pizza good through 12/07/2017. When I clicked on it last night I received a message saying it was no longer available. I called my local store and was told by an employee who asked their manager that there was nothing they could do. I have been a Pizza Hut lover for years and discovered today that the big chains have really lost touch with their customers. If this had been a local pizzeria they would have offered a free pizza to replace the botched order with no expiration date and had it been an online offer that I was having trouble with, the manager would have stepped up and taken care of it. Very disappointed with the way my situation was handled.

Well.. Let's just say that my family and I should have went to CiCi's. We walked in, checked out the "buffet" and ask if they were going to put anymore pizza on it. We were told yes.. What a lie. The pizza that was there was cold and chewy. One server working. Everyone else just standing. STAY AWAY FROM TJIS PLACE!!!
UPDATE!!! So I talked with the General Manager. Told her how she had failed her customers, she apologized and blamed the issues on a broken oven. I played $32 dollars for 3 "buffets" that sucked. She offered me a 20 dollar gift card. Ok I took it and left.
We had to go to Vanderbilt's Children's Hospital today and my wife said "hey, I'm going to get something to eat." She had the gift card. And went to pizza hut inside the hospital. She went to use the gift card and guess what.. THERE WAS NO FUNDS ON IT. IT WAS FREAKING WORTHLESS!!!! JUST LIKE THE BUFFETS WERE YESTERDAY.

Stood there for a while and had several staff members look at me but no one ever addressed me and they kept chatting with each other so my girlfriend and I just left. Seems more like an employee daycare than anything.  Papa Johns is better anyways. I wonder if they'd deliver to their parking lot? Lol

I'm really ticked off!!! I ordered the $10 box and an extra side of cheese sticks this evening for my daughter who was the only one who ate cheese sticks. She is suppose to have a C T scan tomorrow morning and has to drink this medicine tonite for the scan.  Now she is really nauseas so its a waiting game now to see if it will pass or, if she's gonna vommit before she's suppose to drink her medicine, otherwise I will have to call at 7am to see if I can reschedule  her scan. The fact that I may have to reschedule her scan when we have been trying to get something done for the past year to figure out some health issues  is more upsetting than I can express. I know stuff happens but this is just plain unfair B S
