So, the kid decided on pizza for supper. I decided it should be Pizza Hut this time. Placed my order via the app. Short time later, my pizza arrives. I also had ordered a 2 liter Dr Pepper. The delivery girl said they were actually out of Dr Pepper. She said she thought about calling to see if I wanted to substitute something else, but decided against it. She took it upon herself to stop at Kroger on the way to my house and pick one up. Two things should be noted here: She gets that Dr Pepper is life, and You don't get that kind of customer service anymore these days. I didn't get her name, but she is awesome, and is my hero for the day.

Could not believe the customer service I received. Will be getting me some flat pizza up at Domino’s.

Delivery only. Longer wait time than Dominoes, shorter than mazzios. Crust can be chewy.

Horrible Service all the way around!!! District Manager does not follow up on complaints nor does the manager try to resolve the issue!!!

Ordered a pizza two hours ago, was told it would be 35 min. Called an hour ago and was told it would be there in 10-15 minutes. Just tried calling again and it put me straight on hold. This is the most pitiful pizza place in the metro area.
