Food got here with in 45 minutes. That's fine. I requested plates and napkins, the driver said he forgot them along with the ranch and soda I bought. I called the place back to see if my drink and the ranch could be delivered. He saod he would just give me credit. I asked for it to.be delivered. He said okay but I didn't order a drink. Okay fine. I asked for one to be sent and I would pay the driver for it. I waited an hour and a half to eat so I could have ranch wirh my hot wings and it NEVER came. I will be calling back today to get my money back on what wasn't delivered. I know this is a small town, but don't charge people for what they don't get and don't offer for it to be delivered if it never will be.

I have travel across this nation and the world and I wish this chain would keep the taste consistance. But this site was the worst!!!

We are from out of town, hungry and tired. We looked online to find a place that was open to get food. Online stated that this Pizza Hut was open until 11:00. We pulled in to place a to go order at 10:11. As my husband started walking towards the doors another customer was walking out with their food. When the employees inside noticed him they quickly ran to lock the doors before he got to them. They did not have enough courtesy to tell him sorry we are closing. So my husband tapped on the door and asked are you closed and they replied in a not very nice tone yes. The door also stated 11:00 as the closing time. We kindly drove down the street to a Dominos we had seen on our way to Pizza Hut and the gentleman there kindly came out and informed us that their walk in was closed but that Their delivery was still open. Customer service and common decency is not what it use to be.

We were traveling through this area and called ahead to have the pizza ready when we arrived. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and accommodating since we had a little boy who was turning 9 during our very long treck across country. The bathrooms were clean, which is a huge plus when traveling. We will be back when we make this drive again. Thanks to all who worked hard 8-11-17 night crew!!
