I ordered the chicken & steak potatoe, jerk garlic parmesan wings and a chicken Philly. Everything was really good, they even texted me when my order was ready Food: 5/5

Stopped in one day because my mother loves another location and the potatoes. Staff was rude to her but she still wanted to go in, it was tasty the first time so the next time I wanted a potato I ordered through door dash and the potato was not good, quality of ingredients not up to par and the dressing was too much. We also got a polish boy which was pretty good. Probably won’t be back but may try other items on the menu

Was going to get take out after a long day at work. They answered to tell me that there is no staff working there…. What? Obviously someone is there bc they answered and you would assume that the priority would be cooking food and taking orders, etc. Seems like there is a management/corporate issue here that needs resolved ASAP as this seems like a lot of money wasted. The food here is amazing  I’m very disappointed.  Also the page above this seems to be a duplicate of this location and I have reached out to Google to resolve that.

The wings are so great especially garlic parmesan and their wing deals on Wednesday are the best. I would recommend the chicken philly and the quesadilla also

There was hair in my fries so the cook definitely needs to do better to stop that from happening with hair nets, etcFood: 3/5

1st time ordering via Doordash. Food was packaged nice with pleNty napkins aNd forks. Chicken Philly was flavorful only downside was French fries seem to be over fried ,doubled fried or just old. I still enjoyed just had it with a bag of Chips!

I have been coming to sub city for about 2 years now and the food use to be really good and fresh but now the wings is over cooked and customer service is not terrible at all locations. I will never return unless they get new cooks and new attitudes.

Ordered lunch today, and chicken Philly is super dry, shrimp way over cooked. I also ordered their wings because I’ve heard good things and they were small and hard, barely any sauce on them. Honey gold sauce has very little flavor. Don’t think I’ll them again
