Good food and fresh ingredients. The staff at the payment end of the counter needed to step up and be more organized for that 5th star but the people preparing the food are awesome. The salmon and calamari are cooked fresh when ordered. For 5 bucks I got a freshly fried tub of delicious calamari and fried red peppers.

Same Piada product we know and love but the Service sucks! This location just really hasn’t gotten their act together and it’s a huge turn off.

Attitudes from the employees very hit or miss. 
The Italian soda machine has been broken since they opened. Visit the north canton or Cleveland  location for a superior experience.

For a first time ever visit I was very pleased with everything. The freshness of the food, the variety of options to choose from, the cleanliness of the location, how team oriented and professional the staff were, how friendly and welcoming and helpful and knowledgeable the staff were with me. Then my boyfriend was very pleased with everything I brought home. Not one bad experience. Thank you guys I will be back. That super green salad was awesome as well as the wrap and everything else. I even loved the calamari as I'm not normally a fan but you guys prepared this so well I loved it. Thanx again!!

A friend and I have gotten sick eating here multiple times. I got immediate nausea after eating and later diarrhea. It’s always the pasta dishes. Salads and power bowl have been safe. We kept going back hoping it wouldn’t happen again because the food tastes pretty good. We won’t be going back anymore...

What more can I say. Everything I've gotten from this place has been delicious. Flavors galore. They are quick and yet clean. Modern in both menu and style. The cashier was very attentive and offered me samples of the different types of tea. That went a long way with me bc i love tea. Plus he did not have to go that route and that is worth the 5th 🌟.
