Went through drive through (well as much as I could) it took them about 5 minutes to finish taking the order of the car in front of mine. (Not a big deal) then I get to the speaker and was told to hold on. Fast forward about 10-15 minutes later I get to order. Pull up to the window ( no other cars in front of me anymore) I pay then I wait another 10-15 minutes ( girl working the window decided she didn't want to talk to us) . So I decide to pull around, park, and go inside. I walk up to the counter and I see my order being passed hands back and forth. Then they decide to start using my order for another order. They ask me if I was waiting on an order I tell them that I pulled around from the drive through. They realise I just watched them take my order apart and try to put it back together. At that point one of the workers started to get an attitude with me. Needless to say I won't be returning. The staff was "unstated and backed up with orders" I counted a total of 6 people working and 3 cars in drive through and 3 orders inside (mine included) Slow, unorganized, incompetent, and rude employees. Do not go here worth the drive to go to another store.

I used to visit once a week, walking there for lunch. Service has gone down hill lately. Today I decided to walk away after paying and eat elsewhere. There was a line waiting for food, but there were several workers leaning on walls and the only one making food was talking to what I assume was another worker standing in the customer line (lunch break?). Their conversation was disgusting and not appropriate. When the poor woman taking orders asked them to be quiet, as they were practically yelling back and forth, they decided to argue with her. I then looked behind the counter and the floors were disgusting in the kitchen area. The only person attempting to clean was the unfortunate order taker "Pati". Additionally, several patrons complained about a funny taste to the soda fountain. That was enough for me...

The district manager is probably not a good one. Because his store to lose thousands of dollars a month in sales because his manager cannot hire good employees. They never have the breakfast up in the morning. It is a ghost Town there in the morning. The employees smell like weed and are talking on phones. Refuse to flip even the indoor signs around. They have the longest wait in town and run out of product constantly. I never write reviews but I cannot resist because of how bad this store is. Very unprofessionally run.

Generally the service at this Taco Bell is "okay" but there's a young lady with glasses who works in the drive thru by the name of "CARLESHA" or "CARLY". EVERY SINGLE TIME when she's working she's always nasty towards customers. She shows absolutely no hospitality and says nothing when giving receipts. Not even a thank you. She treats Taco Bell customers like trash and as if she's doing them a favor. Earlier today she over charged me and when I started to ask her about the price she interrupted me to state the price again... as if nothing I had to say was important. She is very GHETTO and LOW-CLASS and should not be allowed to work in customer service anywhere.
