I was really hesitant to be a customer at this location due to reading all the negative reviews, especially about the complaints about their delivery service and unprofessional employees. However, since it's the closest pizza place to me, I thought I'd at least give it a shot. I ordered my pizza online and chose carryout instead of delivery (to save money). The website said my order would be ready for store pick up in 15 minutes. I arrived about 5 minutes after they said it would be ready and it was. The employee at the register was nice, she showed me my order to make sure it was correct (it was) and quickly took care of the transaction. My pizza was made well and it tasted fine. The only critique I have is the wings I ordered weren't well coated with the sauce. There was plenty of sauce at the bottom of the container they were served in and I was able to just dip them in it, so it worked out. Having never ordered wings from Pizza Hut before, perhaps that's just how they serve them, I'm not sure. Obviously, my experience with this Pizza Hut was different than many other people's experiences. It could be different because I did carryout after reading the reviews and their delivery service is truly a problem. Based on my go with them tonight, I will order from them again.

3.5 for timely service and quality of food. Food is generally hot and ready as desired. Service is about average.

Ordered wings and fries with an extra ranch dressing. Order arrived late with no ranch at all. Called the store and the incredibly disinterested person who answered the phone said the driver wouldn't be around so he'd put a credit on the account. I assumed it would be for the total price because let's face it, wings without ranch are not worth eating! Instead he said he'd put a $2 credit on the account. I said "that's not enough" and he said "well I ain't gonna give you more than that" or something similarly illiterate. He claimed to be the manager (gosh I sure hope not) but he surely didn't give a darn about customer service. This is not the standard that Pizza Hut used to maintain. I am very disappointed and my coworkers will also refrain from ordering from you in future.

Even when told light sauce still had a soggy goopy pizza covered in sauce.
