My FAVORITE Starbucks location hands down. The staff is really great. Since its near my job I really miss them on the weekends, sometimes i think about driving 25+ minutes just for coffee and smiles. I love being greeted by the staff when I walk in the door. Not even my local Starbucks does that.

New updated design Starbucks with a nice patio area and modern interior. 
Service was friendly and quick inside the store. With that being said, service speed of course always corresponds with what time of day you stop here or any Starbucks for that matter. Mornings, lunch hour and evening (4-5pm) times are always going to be busiest. 
My orders were made correctly at this Starbucks, in the past I've had incorrect orders at other Starbucks. 
Restrooms were clean here.

I order through the app and waited for my drink to be called. They went through 7 drinks(3 were frappes!) and finally I walked up and asked about my order. THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED IT YET. Apparently if you order through the app, you have to walk in and tell them you ordered through the app otherwise they won't start your order. It pretty much defeats the purpose of the app. They should put up a sign that says "order through the app, pay through the app, then come inside, order again and wait for your drink".

I love Starbucks and used to use this location on a daily basis. In order for me to do that now I would have to arrive 45 minutes before I am scheduled to be at work(just across the street) or I risk being late. Not sure if this is a training location but it sure seems to be. What used to take less than 3 minutes now takes 30-45 and time of day seems to have no bearing on the situation. What is worse is I have called both the store and corporate office and neither seems to care much about inconveniencing the customers.  I suppose I should thank them. It has saved me over $140. A month.
