Last night i went to this location and i was VERY surprised on how awful the manager was to the employees that work there. I ordered through the drive through and when i got my food i always double check my bag. I was missing one item. I wasn't even upset, i understand it can happen especially at a dinner rush. No big deal i thought. So i went back in with my receipt and let the cashier know. He then took my receipt over to the manager and she started yelling at him "IT'S NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE PEOPLE GET THEY FOOD, GO IN THERE AND MAKE IT NOW" I was in shock. The cashier was very sweet and nice and even doubled my order that was missing. She continued to talk to the employees in a very loud and disrespectful way even told one employee that she was not moving fast enough and that she needed to move the hell out of her way. Omar was the one who helped me and he has very good customer service. I'm so sorry he has to be put in the position to be treated like that in a work place. I| will no longer be visiting this location.

The food is decent for the price, but the customer service is severely lacking. Drive thru attendant was very rude. Never said thank you or have a nice day, or any other peasantry. She handed me the credit card receipt and said, "I need you to sign that." I signed it and handed it to her. Total silence. She sounded like she was in a horrible mood. Never smiled. She ended up putting me in a bad mood. Thanks for that, Taco Bueno... Maybe I'll go to Taco Bell from now on..

Food is rarely put together well and the service is usually bad. If we are really craving Taco Bueno we will go, but we usually avoid this place. Taco Casa is right around the corner and overall better.

Service was great, food was not. The staff were very kind to us, and made sure we were taken care of. The food needs alot of work, rice was bland, meat was dry and tasteless, and drinks were way too carbonated, the syrup needs to be changed. The chips and queso was about the only thing we enjoyed.
