I would give a 5* rating if I based my review on the staff only, but I'm not. The staff is ALWAYS so kind, and make you feel like family. They know the regulars by name, and they get to know other customers so that the next time they visit, they feel like regulars. Now, for the not so great review! There are usually 3-4 employees at this location every time we've eaten there. The windows are covered in hand prints, or are just dirty. The restrooms are nasty, always dirty, to the point I won't use them. They do a good job of keeping the prep stations and grill clean, but seem to lack in other cleaning. If they would focus a little more on cleaning, then chatting amongst themselves, you would see a 5* rating!!

The young waiter was awesome. He made sure our drinks were full and was sure to make to ask if we needed anything. The restaurant was clean and we were geated when we came in . The food was good. I just wish I had gotten the young mans name who waited on us.

My fiance and I are regulars at this location and the cook and our favorite waitress know our orders by heart. The employees are great and lift your spirits with their friendly nature. It's a down home place where you always feel comfortable. Waffle House is not fancy by any stretch of the imagination and the prices have jumped a little since we started going but you are hard pressed to find fresher, hotter food in such large portions anywhere else. This is like a hometown diner. We have had few mistakes but when we did they were fixed promptly and with good humor.

The service was horrible. We had to ask for our menu. I had to ask for my coffee 3 times. The server didn't even give us our silverware, and when he did he wiped each piece with a napkin and handed it to us one by one. We had to ask for refills. Not to mention the server never asked if everything was okay. We didn't even get our full meal. It was just all around a horrible experience.

Food was good & Our server was friendly.. All it takes in a small establishment is one rude waitress to treat customers poorly to leave a bad taste, & tonight the female waitress there was way out of line. I watched an older gentleman walk out because she ignored him. The most aggravating part is she began a conversation to her table talking negatively about a customer as he went outside to smoke. Very unprofessional, I know im not at the RITZ, but show some class and respect to your paying customers.
