Terrible experience. All the tables are dirty. Had to wait for plates. Then had to wait for silverware which I never got. Was given a plastic fork after asking 3 times. The pizza was lousy and the salad bar was sad. I will never be back to this pizza Hut and definitely wouldn't suggest anyone come to this location. The server was terrible also.. Very rude!!!

My wife and I have tried to avoid the place of the last few years, because the staff is so rude and incompetent. We were in a hurry and our daughter really wanted Pizza Hut, so we made the mistake of ordering from there. We showed up to get our order, and we had to wait forever. The staff was rude and made us feel like we were bothering them so much. Once we got the order, it was wrong. We didn't receive any type of apology, just an eye roll and a "well we can make you another one or you can just take that." This is after we had already paid for. No discount was offered, and we didn't want to wait another 30 minutes for them to fix it. When I asked to speak to their manager, I realized the woman that was so rude to my pregnant wife was the manager. She walked off in a hurry, and I asked the male employee what her name was and he told me he didn't know. As I was leaving the parking lot, I could see the manager and 2 other employees giving me a dirty look and acting as if they were taunting us when we left. I will NEVER go back to this place, and I suggest that no one else ever eat here. Worst customer experience of my life.

This used to be a great place to eat and now it's turned into a sad experience. The place was nearly empty and for good reason. The server took our order without writing it down. At first I was impressed. I assumed he had a great memory. But that was not the case. So, I had to wait for our pizza to be recooked. The manager was apologetic. I actually felt sorry for her because her staff was unimpressive. In addition to the order being incorrect, the staff was more concerned with chatting with each other than customer service. I think one had some friends or family hanging out there while he was working.

Bad atmosphere and attitude in that place! Order anywhere else!
