First time going and it was good especially the pulled pork & steak. Didn’t like any of the chicken but they had plenty of other options. I’ll definitely go back I went around 4:30-5pm on a Wednesday and it wasn’t crowded at all. Been trying to go for months now and glad my family finally got to go. Had a great waiter he was nice can’t remember his name but he was the gentleman that was light skinned with light brown eyes. He did a great job on his first day. I’m guessing it was his first day lol

Sorry folks I had to see this for my own eyes and guess what it was Abysmal. I love the Golden Corral Chain and have probably ate at about 12 separate locations so believe me, I know very good from very bad. I visited this location at 2:20 pm, there were at least 75% of the main dish trays empty with dry remnants left to pic something from and no signs of replenishing them. Service was non-existent. I have visited other locations at this time and have never been as disappointed as I was during this visit. I have not and will not give up my No1 dinner but when visiting Memphis I will steer well clear of this location. What is the issue - simple NONE Existent Leadership, if there were this should never happen. Come to Abilene Texas or Keller Texas or up the road at Cookeville Tn to find out what great looks like and tastes like - you may learn something from Managers who really care fro the folks that love to dine there! Good Luck with your improvement and looking after your Customers, because if you don't someone else will!

Price could include drink. $130 for 7 people. The lady that rang us up had an attitude. I understand that she deals with people all day and you have to follow the rules, but you don't have to be ugly about it. We are paying your bills too. The server we had, (sorry, I am terrible with names), did an awesome job. And the manager was friendly as well. The turnout rate to restock the bar was a little slow. People waited around for rolls and chicken and such. But my girl got her steak and the dessert was awesome!

It's a decent place to take the family if you like buffet style food! I enjoyed the ribs and steak & they was seasoned well. My wife and kids enjoyed their vegetables, especially the okra and cabbage. The kids really enjoyed the chocolate fountain and desserts. The waitress could've been nicer and there was dirty plates where you get clean plates. I would definitely suggest them keep the food areas cleaner or people will stop going. I know this is a new place with new people so I'm hoping it was just because they were busy. I will go again but if it looks the same then it will be my last! The dessert area seemed to be the worse, we will see.

Was not impressed at all. Nothing like a Golden Corral. Food selection was poor. Empty containers where food should've been, bacon didn't taste like bacon, meats were either dried out, over cooked or had no taste. Vegetables were a soggy, mushy mess. Waitress was more interested in talking to the men that came by themselves than getting drinks or clearing the plates. Extremely disappointed!!! Won't be going back there.
