Pretty disgusting. Never has sweet tea available in the lobby area and will often have the empty canister just sitting there. The area where you get your lids and soft drink is so smeared with old soda and fingerprints that anywhere you put your hand down it becomes sticky. The small contraption where you pull your lids out is incredibly sticky too, and in general doesn't feel clean at all.

I have stayed away from the golden arch supper club for a few years however I have been twice in the last few days. I work late so I use the 24 hour drive thru. The wait of a couple extra minutes is well worth it. The fries are hot and the fresh beef is a great change. Nothing like a quarter pounder at 3a.m.

Hands down worst service ever!! After waiting over 15 minutes to even place an order (thanks to the ridiculous double order system that feels like a perpetual traffic jam), we were asked to pull up to wait for our fries. After 30 minutes and 6 cars behind us had left, we had to take one of the kids out of the car, into the cold (defeating the whole point of a drive thru) to use the restroom. It was disgusting by the way! After cleaning that toilet seat (I deserve a paycheck now right? $15 an hour lol) and hunting down toilet paper in another stall, I walked out past the counter, noticed over a dozen employees behind the counter.. even though I'd assumed there must only be one person working to take this long.. Get back to the car, still no food! Once the clock hit 40 minutes waiting on fries, I decided to get my money back and went inside - they were finally bringing my food. If not for kids waiting almost an hour for food, I'd have refused it. When I asked the 'manager' for a general managers # so I could let them know the pathetic work ethic of this crew, she offered no apology whatsoever, yet actually had the audacity to try to justify my wait by stating the c02 machine was out...considering the only drinks I had ordered were the kids apple juices, that had been getting warm in my car for the past 30 minutes, this was quite infuriating. I understand fully that fast food has its issues, but this was the most pathetic excuse for customer service I've witnessed. If employees of my business performed this atrociously, I'd rather shut down than pay them to embarrass my name.

Bad day at McDonald's.. place was nasty., Service wasn't great. Food was good though. Fries were hot and fresh

The food is ALWAYS cold!!! The one time we got hot food was because there was a manager inside that was keeping the employees in check. Keeping things flowing. Calling names when they were slacking off or playing around. Ensuring orders were coming out quickly. That night was a great experience, but that was the ONLY one from this location. Maybe they should hire ppl who actually care about their job. These kids currently do NOT.
