I have ordered several times in the last 5 months I've lived in the area and after tonight it's my last time. Past times I've ordered, I've been given a wrong item (fries instead of mozzarella sticks for example) and/or the pizzas were clearly way over baked or poorly done. Or a simple order took over 90 minutes to deliver (I live about 1 mile away). In the case of the wrong delivery item, I did call back that pizza hut location several times and they just never picked up the phone even an hour before closing. Despite all of that, I didn't bother to leave a review until now. Well this is the final night. They gave me a delivery and didn't provide any dipping sauce for any of my two side items I ordered (not even one). I don't know if they've changed it to where anything at all is extra but in the past at least one was provided per side item (break sticks, cheese sticks etc). So I called the manager and (barely intelligible English) explained the situation and he sent the driver back out and got what I wanted. That's all fine but the fact is every time I've ordered the past 3-4 times over the last 4-5 months there's been an issue with this Pizza Hut. I ordered from dominos the other week, no issue at all. I'm just saying if you order from here it's mixed results and it's been going on a while. I don't know if it's management or crappy workers but that's what's happened to me with this particular Pizza Hut and I won't be ordering from this location anymore. Maybe try another Pizza Hut.

Always, always a long wait, easily over 30 minutes, although I have not had them make it incorrectly yet.

I purchased two pizza from this location. When the pizza arrived, one of my pizzas had a missing slice. I ran after the delivery guy who came back to look at it and immediately contacted the store that he worked for. He told the manager that the pizza was missing a slice and once on the phone with the manager he denied me missing a slice after the deliver guy confirmed what I had said. The next day I called the district manager and spoke to him personally about the pizza, I even took pictures and sent then to him. He agreed that the pizza had a missing sliced and told me he would send a gift card in the mail. A month and a half later no gift card and no refund. This pizza hut is trash. Stay very clear of this place and do not order from these crooks. I have never experience such terrible customer service from a pizza place like this. Pizza hut was my favorite go to pizza restaurant but since then I have been ordering from Papa Johns and I can tell a huge difference in my service, as far as wait time and the pizza quality.

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!! Okay I don't usually do reviews; but the experience was unbearable. So last Sunday I placed an order online and they charged if to my credit card; I gave the delivery guy a tip and they charged me again. I called them and they explained one of charges would fall off and they would only charge me for the tip included charge. Fast forward a week later and the charge never came off; I called them and they kept giving me the run around and blaming it on everything under the sun. They then finally said to call my bank to get a refund, I will never go back. And I will be calling corporate.

I walked in today and ordered 2 pizzas and cheese bread. Very clean, the staff is very friendly, wait time was not long - 15 mins, and did an amazing job on making them - very tasty. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Great job!
