I have been at this gym for more than 3 years. I’m very disappointed. When I signed up they didn’t tell me that i can not work as a group. Today while I was working out with my friends the assistant manager came to us by saying that we can’t not work out as group, and we all have to leave. I understand the policy, but it should be written somewhere . The assistant manager should at least give as an warning by saying that we can not work out as a group. We didn’t know about that policy. 🏃🏾‍♀️😡

SCAM save yourself the hassle and join another gym. I joined for their $10 membership but they were charging me $21.99 I called and cancelled. The manager there told me not to worry she cancelled my account and i would be refunded. However another month went by and I was charged a 39.00 fee and another $21.99. It has now  been 4 weeks and still no refund. They are rude, incompetent, and no one knows what they're doing. That gym also always has a terrible odor. Go smell for yourself

Worst place to go!!!!! WASTE OF TIME/MONEY

1st - space is too small to workout 
2nd - parking is horrible 
3rd - no group workout or get kicked out (smh)
4th - NO PERSONAL TRAINER!!!!!!!
which is very inconvenient for those who are beginner's. Having to use machines and not having a clue on how to use them is a waste of time. Deff need the guidance in order to get the proper workout.

The policy of “no group workouts” should be clearer for the guests and also re-iterated I think if there’s any policy it should being told to the guests or the sign should be up for the customers am disappointed today i was kick oout of the gym for working out with my friends and the assistant maneger didn’t know how to speak with people and it should be a worning instead of kicking people out me as a customer am ganna look for a better gym with better service and more information 👎🏽
