This place is awesome! The trainers and instructors are all great and really push you to get fit. The other people in the class I took (Fight Fit) were super supportive and pushed each other too, so it's cool to be in a fitness environment like that. Tons of equipment, it's clean, and a great place to work out. 5⭐️

Very nice place, friendly staff, good facilities. It's a welcoming place for women, which is important to me. The trainer Marianne is great, very inspiring. I recommend it.

The classes and instructors here are great. I like that the class sizes for the boxing / kickboxing / fight fit classes are a lot smaller than other gyms. Everyone gets one on one attention from the instructor, which makes it really easy to learn and improve. All the staff are super friendly and welcoming, know everyone's name, and make the classes really fun. (Especially Manny, the new GM!)They also offer personalized nutrition plans!

I love it!! The staff is super friendly and the trainers are amazing. They will push you to the next level. The new management cares about its customers and has done some improvements to the facilities. Love the new challenges and boot camps, great ideas that continue to motivate us, your customers.

Very awesome classes! Keeps me challenged every time. Coaches are very knowledgeable and the manager is very helpful! 
A must try if you're ready for results!
